My book “A la table du pape François”  (Dining with Pope Francis) also released in France for Bayard editions, is at the center of an interview published by the prestigious LE NOUVEL OBSERVATEUR, the most important weekly magazine in France (about 550,000 copies sold). The interview – whose title is “For Pope Francis a meal succeeds when it is shared” – is edited by the journalist Alice Tixier.
