A day in Beeston and Nottingham to strengthen the relationship of friendship and cooperation between the United Kingdom and Nottinghamshire – the land of Robin Hodd – with Italy. The awaited day dedicated to “The Ghost Bus” project and to the new edition of the photographic and creative initiative dedicated to roses (The Roses of the Year) take place on Wednesday April 13. . The day is promoted by ACT, Art Culture Tourism, founded by Marysia Zipser, in collaboration with civic representatives of the territorial of Nottingham and Beeston, the Municipal Councils of Nottingham and Broxetowe and the Lord Mayor of Nottingham, Cllr David Trimble.
The event takes place in the climate of a collaboration between cultural and social bodies of the United Kingdom and Italy. Below the program. The extraordinary initiative of the performance of the new version of Jeanie Barton’s song dedicated to roses will also be announced. The performance is by the Choir and Orchestra of the Cassano-De Renzio Comprehensive Institute in Bitonto, Bari (Puglia, Italy), directed by Saverio Pansini.
