The great success for the Year of Roses 2021 continues: the initiative is promoted internationally by Okay! and ACT, Art Culture Tourism. What does a rose mean to you? “He noticed her there, amongst all the weeds, a beautiful rose, about to bloom…but one day he plucked her and stole her from her world. Snatching her away, from all she knew. From all she loved.”
