“Dripping Time…” is a video I created for my Lacer/actions project and research about torn and decomposed publicity posters, natural cracks and scratches, industrial and urban decompositions. Yes, free contemporary artworks are on the cities walls or along the streets (and we usually do not see them). All the pics presented in the video are not paintings, but…simple macro photos of the reality around us. So, they are not action paintings or paintings made with the dripping technique. Yes, they seem so. But this is street macro photography. I took these photos on on the quay of a fishing port in Sicily (Isola delle Femmine, near Palermo). Yes, every photo seems like a painting… Soundtrack by Audiomachine : “Solace” (Out Standing).

Beautiful Roberto! I would love any one of those on my home walls…or several of them!
Glad that you appreciated the series! They really seems paintings
They really seem paintings if you do not know that they are photos! So, Marysia, you need a great hall to exhibit all the pics I took in Sicily beside a boat of a Fisher!
Yes I do need a great hall to exhibit the photos you took in Sicily beside a fisherman’s boat Roberto! We’ll need to discuss plan for Summer 2021 exhibition in an old historic building somewhere in Notts (or Italy-Sicily) as well as online exhibition. I’m sure all the ‘paintings’ would sell!
